I understand that this protocol purchase does not come with the labs required to complete the Iodine Deficiency assessment. If I want to complete the labs required to complete the Iodine Deficiency Assessment, I can order the HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) test through the Better Belly Blueprint (a separate purchase) or by finding a reseller who can sell me the Trace Elements HTMA lab or Analytical Research Lab HTMA.

I understand that to complete the Iodine Deficiency Assessment, I must have the two thyroid markers Total T3 (not free T3) and Reverse T3 (rT3). If I do not have these markers, I can ask my physician to order them or find a reseller online who can order this bloodwork (we recommend DHA Labs).

I understand that purchase of this protocol does not entitle me to coaching or guidance on how to heal myself. If I want coaching on how to heal, I can join the Better Belly Blueprint as a student and add-on a group coaching package (prices vary). This is a separate purchase I can make if I want to get coaching on how to use this Iodine Protocol for complete body healing.

  • Do I need to have certain labs to complete the Iodine Deficiency Assessment?
    Yes. To complete the Iodine Deficiency Assessment, you will need an HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) lab (from Trace Elements (TEI) or Analytical Research Labs (ARL)) and a Full Thyroid Panel (including Total T3 and Reverse T3 (rT3) markers).
  • Can I purchase these labs from you?
    You can purchase the HTMA lab through us if you are in our Better Belly Blueprint program (separate purchase - you will have the option to join upon purchasing this protocol).

    To purchase a Full Thyroid Panel, please talk with your doctor and ensure the panel will include Total T3 and Reverse T3 (rT3) markers on it.
  • Can I purchase this protocol if I live outside the U.S.?
    Yes. This protocol can be followed by those living outside the U.S. We have supplement recommendations that can be purchased through an international supplement vendor for anyone outside the U.S.
  • Is this protocol refundable?
